With a desire to serve his birth place, Dr. Bikram Dam has relocated to Cachar from LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad. Given his special expertise in Cornea & Cornea related Surgeries, its a privilege to have a doctor like him in Vision Care, Silchar. Dr. Bikram Dam is a young, outstanding Ophthalmologist with incredible skills and knowledge. He completed MBBS from Silchar Medical College and Hospital (SMCH), followed by Masters in Ophthalmology from Assam Medical College & Hospital. He then, subsequently, moved to LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad - A global center of excellence in eyecare & WHO collaborating center for prevention of blindness for a long term clinical and research fellowship in cornea and anterior segment diseases from Oct, 2021 - Sep, 2024. He is a member of numerous professional bodies including All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOC), Cornea Society of India and have numerous publications in scientific journals of international repute.
